Field day at Sycamore Lane will be held on Friday, June 21.

Please note that Knights of Columbus will be providing students with a BBQ Lunch of hotdogs (including Halal chicken wiener option), cold drinks and freezies. 

Field day is a fun-filled event that gives our students the chance to celebrate the school year coming to an end and spend a day being active.

Students will be sorted into teams. Each group will rotate through a series of fun games and activities. Some activities will use water, so prepare to get wet! Stations will be 15 minutes each. There will be a station in the morning where the students will get to rest and have a snack!

What to Wear

• You can wear a bathing suit under your clothes if desired.
• Dress in play clothes that you do not mind getting dirty in.
• A towel might be a good item to bring (place your name on it somewhere).
• Wear a t-shirt, shorts, socks and running shoes.
• Running shoes are required for participation. Please no crocs, sandals, flip flops etc.
• Bring a hat and sunscreen is highly recommended to be put on prior to coming to school.
• Pack an extra set of dry clothes in your backpack.

Reminders

• Bring a water bottle to refill throughout the day with your name on it.
• Dress appropriately and comfortably.
• Be responsible for anything that you bring. (hat, sunscreen, towel, etc.)
• Get a good night’s rest.
• Be ready for action on Friday!
