A Good Night's Sleep

Sleep is essential to our physical and mental health but isn't always easy to get (for many youth and adults).

Benefits of a good night's sleep include:

  • Your immunity - you may heal faster, recover quicker
  • Your growth - you grow at a faster rate
  • Better appetite and metabolism
  • Help brain to repair and enhances memory
  • Stabilizes mood and may decrease anxiety
